Eligibility for Exchange
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues or if a wrong item was delivered.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items such as socks, undergarments, and hygiene-related accessories.
- Customized or altered products.
How to Request an Exchange

- Delivery within 36 Working Hours after receipt of full payment.
