• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues or if a wrong item was delivered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Items such as socks, undergarments, and hygiene-related accessories.
• Customized or altered products.

How to Request an Exchange

2. Email us at support@motherchoice.co.in with your order details, reason for exchange, and the required size or item.
3. Delivery within 36 Working Hours after receipt of full payment.
